CAST & CREW

The leading roles in the show are played by two performers hand picked not only for their incredible accuracy in portraying Elvis in all aspects of his career, but also for their dynamic stage presence, superb vocal qualities and vast experience in musical theatre production.

 

  
Michael King:

Michael was also seen performing as Elvis in the UK theatre show 'The Power Of Presley'. Whilst playing Las Vegas with Elvis' very own backing group The Jordanaires, Michael was presented with a 'Las Vegas Icon Award' for his performances there. This being the only time a UK artist has received this prestigious accolade.

Michael also played the role of Billy Fury on the 2008 smash hit show 'Buddy Holly 50th Anniversary Tour' and also Dion Dimucci in the stage show 'Winter Dance Party'. He was also the supercharged rock n roll singer 'Ricky Corvette' in the theatre show 'Dreams'.

Steve Halliday:

Steve played the role of Eddie Cochran in the hit stage show 'Rockin On Heavens Door' plus the 'Young Elvis' in the theatre show 'Elvis In Concert'. After appearing on ITV's 'Stars In Their Eyes' and BBC1's 'Worlds Greatest Elvis Show', Steve was in high demand and played alongside legendary performers such as Scotty Moore and DJ Fontana.

As well as his own musical compositions Steve has also penned songs for Shakin Stevens.

 

     

   

The backbone of the entire show is provided by the incredible sounds of 'The American Crown Jewels' Simply the finest set of musicians ever assembled for a production of this quality. Attention to detail is second to none and every song has been meticulously scored and performed to sound as good as it was when originally recorded.
